Mr. Rick Niemi is the founder and CEO of IPS. Rick is a savvy business and marketing leader. As a market innovator with 15 years of experience growing and building companies, Mr. Niemi has a solid record of accomplishments, and has successfully executed marketing techniques with a hands on approach since 1995. Rick was the President and CEO of Gold River Pharmacy, a chronic care pharmacy provider, from 1995 to 2006 and led efforts to bring personalized medication, compliance packaging, and management services to chronically ill patients in the Sacramento region. At Gold River Pharmacy,dba Pinnacare, Rick led efforts that produced a branded compliance package called Pinnapak and worked with his management team to technology-enable the business model that produced high quality customer service at the lowest possible cost to the payers of prescription drugs. His extensive experience in the areas of brand development, marketing and business development in this space, make him an expert in using strategies and technologies to vertically or horizontally grow a company in pharmacy. His passion is working with people to make a concept become reality. With effective leadership, people developing, and communication skills, he is a vision caster and motivator that encourages everyone he works with. At IPS he is leading efforts to bring new strategies and technologies to "Big Pharma" and the pharmacy industry, nationwide. These efforts efforts will increase profitability and prove IPS' concepts to be valuable for the drug suppliers, the pharmacies, the patient consumers, and their caregivers. Mr. Niemi's goal is to build proprietary uses for GetAbby technologies through a supplier channel in the market, for the benefit of the pharmacy customer and their staff. Rick's mission at IPS is to bring the future of pharmacy to the present day and to demonstrate a positive ROI with the pharmacy-specific key performance indicators IPS' solutions will positively affect.
At IPS, Andrew provided extensive knowledge, expertise, consulting, and executive project management in the areas of automation, robotics, bar code tracking utilization (QA and QC), system integration, customer service standards, inventory controls, retention methods, physical and geographical expansion procedures, work-flow and best practices, and key indicator development--for custom and quality reporting to the pharmacy managers. Andrew develops and project-manages custom solutions for pharmacy industry pains and will work directly with key management, and personnel to accomplish desired outcomes. Andrew's mission is to see that every customer has the opportunity to operate at the lowest cost possible and to provide "niche" consulting on everything from how to leverage automated filling machinery to developing the custom key performance indicators for your operation. Mr. Beyer's process oriented mind will amaze even the most talented people and provide them with rational thinking from management, the pharmacist, and the patient's point of view. With customer service being the driving focus of everything he develops, every customer of IPS will feel like the only customer.., he's that good!
Mrs. Niemi enables IPS to better understand the mind and mentality of today's pharmacist, pharmacy technician, to assist us with the subjective aspect of the pharmacy workplace. Her 15 years in pharmacy - in California serve her quiet well, and you'd never know she was a pharmacist that long if you met her in person. She is a fabulous talent, productive employee, dependable confidant, and joyful-add to our team of brainpower.
His professional memberships include American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologist, and American College of Phlebotomy. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetic Breast Surgery, American Society of Liposuction Surgery, and American Medical Association Member. His Board accomplishments include National Board of Medical Licensing, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, College of Cosmetic Surgery, and College of Surgery. At IPS, Dr. Gonzalez will enable our management team and clients with perspective as only a physician and plastic surgeon can. Being entrepreneurially grounded and experienced with business ownership, Dr. Gonzalez will assist our efforts to create positive change using our product offering with GetAbby to lead the evolution of technology enhancements and strategies for physicians, pharmacy, and related medical markets.
Dr. Candelaria's educational background includes University or Puerto Rico, Catholic University, San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, Ponce School of Medicine, Jose N. Gandara Hospital, and St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital. Yessennia's work experience includes working at Policlinicas de Ponce in a Pediatrician and Vice President capacity from 2000 to present. Additionally, she has had her own private practice since 2001. At IPS, Yessennia will provide extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of customer service, patient care, and retention methods. Her Board accomplishments include the American Board of Pediatrics.
Tony's extensive experience in building CRM programs clearly makes him a leading innovator and valuable asset for the IPS team. Tony will assist our efforts to establish retention methods for our pharmacy customers and provide tangible and actionable solutions for everything from after the sale support, to ongoing relationship building with our client's customer base. Mr. Daugherty compliments the personality and skill set of our leadership team as the analytical structurer of the group. With Mr. Beyers leading IPS's pharmacy competency and solutions, and Mr. Niemi leading with values, vision, and people developing, Mr. Daugherty completes the skill set and personality needed to provide the most well rounded solutions for our clients. In the roles Tony has served in, he has shown to increase revenue, decrease cost, increase retention rates, and build CRM programs from the ground up. Able to take the big picture and break it down into actionable steps for the company, Tony understands what it takes to build his team, lead the plan, work the action steps, and report the outcomes. We're thrilled and fortunate to have Tony lead our client services ideolology. At IPS, Mr. Daugherty will assist development of custom CRM programs and work heavily with our President of Pharmacy Services to marry strategies that will be innovative, cost effective, while producing positive results for our clients. |
